  • Propose, sign-up and set-up of new channels

  • Facilitate contracts / relationships with OTA’s
  • Optimize channel/distribution mix to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Continuous assessment of channel performance

Rate & Revenue Management

  • Defining pricing policy & rate strategy
  • Setting up rate sheets – to include seasons, corporate and Tour Operator rates
  • Defining cancellation policies
  • Monthly forecast  / pick-up reports which will include previous year’s figures as well as budget.
  • Analysing booking patterns and forecasting reports to set-up / revise revenue strategy
  • Create and maintain a 6/12 month forecast. Track against budget and previous year.
  • Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, reporting and recommendations.
  • Initiating promotions to generate business at key times based on the 6/12 month forecast.
  • Continuous research and assessment of industry promotions, trends and offerings
  • Recommendations and implementation thereof based on the research and market trends

Reservation Management

  • Efficient processing of email  and OTA enquiries.
  • Reservations are entered into your own booking/ reservation system with complete booking notes and guest correspondence.
  • Provisional reservations are monitored, followed up on and released according to establishment policy to ensure maximum availability at all times.
